I also own BPH from 1.5c equivalent from pre consolidation purely for this asset.
BUY are worth $7M with $1.2M in cash. They are hedged on all their all and profitable already.
What Neko pointed out is they have a 15% free carry in PEP11 which is true.
PEP11 is actually prospective for 13TCF of gas.
