Just gotta watch out with brines as they produce carbonate, most of the newer high density Lithium batteries are using lithium Hydroxide.
You can produce Hydroxide from Carbonate its just another process and adds more costs.
The EV market is moving to these higher density NCM 811 batteries which are higher in Nickel because they typically last longer for each charge and have a longer lifespan.
