It was lacking demand in that 1.7 area, so they just capped it instead, to flush out the smaller hands

Its cashed backed around here, so likely more upside than downside.

If you were a real seller, you would not just throw up at 10mil order, ( unless you are prepared to wipe your own order if the play goes against you )
