It not just estimated settlements that are the problems but it is the delay in processing - this morning I placed an order in "at market" which took over 8 minutes to process resulting in a share price at 10% over what the market was offering when the order was executed. This means that Commsec is not performing live trades not is it offering "at market" prices with these delays. I would trade "at limit" rather than "at market" if these delay were known to me at the time (I believe Commsec should let clients know that "at market" orders will be delayed so price may be significantly different).
