    What I was talking about were corrective lenses and not treatment, and was mostly to get an idea of whether it is feasible to think that a child or adolescent would be capable of maintaining the procedure that comes with it. This being a daily disposable lens, removes any required maintenance of the lens itself and would thus not require anything other than insert, wear, remove and dispose. With regards to LASIK, this is not really an option until the myopic progression has stabilised which doesn't happen until adulthood (sometime near or around 20 years old)

    A contact that treats the myopic progression (or slows it which seems to be the case) is pretty groundbreaking stuff
