They only extended the EXPLORATION PERMIT,
Likely due to covid.

They have never approved an offshore mining rig for PEP 11

People make up Hype that it will get approved etc. for their own financial gain.
Acting like it is even possible to happen in the short term.

It would take many many years for the approval to ever be re-visited,
After being denied,
If EVER....

Could be a lot of Pumps and Dumps in the next decade or so....
