Back in the day it was used by Brokers to show there play and presence rather than bid each other up, but I think it is just Shenanigans now days, if you have the platform trades can be done in nano seconds If you want to play, some of the closing auction manipulation is tedious and rediculous now days, you haven’t a hope if your up against them and trying to snip on close!!!!
