I don't understand how that rule can possibly work ...
Assume you give a heads up for a pending breakout on XYZ ... then it get's line wiped through 2-3 lines
Do you just sit silently and can't mention the confirmed breakout ? What about if news drops, it breaks other various technical indicators etc
If people keep bashing the same stock code, they generally get pulled up on it ...
