All jokes aside fellow traders.
I think its a good rule, simply because..
people wont lose their shirts and get sucked in by the manipulators and disappear like so so many old traders have gone by the wayside.
HC want to increase membership, not decrease it, and this is the way to go
.Afterall, pump and dump manipulators are fraudsters, and hotcopper needs to protect itself as there are serious laws making these companies comply. Its fair enough and not before time IMO.
