Australia the country with almost more resources than everywhere else in the world? Drill rigs of which you won't even be able to see from the coastline because they're so far out from the Manly to Newcastle coastline? The NSW Government will knock back money from these projects Lol?

The bill might get through but it will be for up to a certain distance from the coast and the Pep11 will be well outside that perimetre.
