Half-time round-up: "ASX Update: Stocks surge after UK tax U-turn"

In this report:

• ASX 200 rallies 1.39%
• Going up: banks, growth, lithium, HUB, WBC, PLS, BXB, TWE
• Going down: RIO, SBM, HIO,energy
• US futures surge 0.68%

Personal trading: Tracked AON all the way down without getting a buy signal. Most of the "news" rallies in speccies these days seem to be treated purely as volume events for selling into. Tough market - easily the worst since 2008.
