there are 630m shares on issue now and they are about to complete a raising. Lets say they have 700m shares on issue and they hit the earnings numbers they stated in one of the previous announcements of US$47m or A$60m PA.
Put that on a PE x 12 and you have $1 share price in 12mths. These are the company figures remember, so no guessing here. This is an earnings figure only and does not allow for exploration upside, spin offs and the other fields coming on stream. These figures are based on what they already have in reserve. The numbers also relate to US$50pb oil. I think given one takes a breath and stays with this as it grows, we may look back and decide trying to trade for clips was not worth it. I own plenty for the old bottom draw and the management have not taken a step wrong. Its the next hardman IMO. These insto's taking stock will increase the market cap of NDO to a new level, so expect that to be positive also as it allows the funds to come and play.
