Interesting BKR not much volume, though price is lurking around its highs.

Surely these two should do a merger? It cannot be a takeover as Mr Becker owns so much of the company.....?

Would be interesting to know what these company's have talked about over lunch. Would Mr Becker be interested in selling out? Hard to see that with the growth in the industry so surely a merger the better option. Magna and Becker both suffer from lack of size, join them up and the instos would be more interested.
