Thanks @shovel40, @Fiji1, @uncleBuck and morning crew.
Half-time wrap:
The Australian share market recouped a fraction of yesterday's heavy loss after Wall Street finished little changed overnight.
The ASX 200 bounced five points or 0.05% by mid-session. The Australian benchmark tumbled 1.66% yesterday as rate-sensitive sectors responded to rapidly climbing US treasury yields.
Consumer stocks topped this morning's gainers, supported by some of the miners, REITS and banks. Drags included tech stocks, healthcare providers and energy producers.
Overnight, the Dow and S&P 500 fell for a second session, but pared their falls to less than 0.1% by the closing bell. The Nasdaq edged up 0.18%.
Personal trading: Caught BOT near the low. Also took LOV back at support.
