I do love the Lagavulin 16 as I do love too the Ardbeg 10 or any age. Very peaty you are right but that for my money makes a magnificent Scotch. Happy to be contradicted of course by any seasoned drinker of Scotch.
Anyway babysteps do drink that Lagavulin 16 when you next have friends come to visit. It truly is a Treasure of the World.
