IMO twill be a quicker trade if 1st target, in this stock's case, is selected as 7.0c - i.e. along the bottom rung forming the resistance 1 needs to get thru to 7.5, which is apparent as the average SP along the top rung of the albeit small resistance band, that formed back in March per your chart.
