70m shares were issued on 2 Oct to Barclays Pearce at 1.5c (as it was at 2c the vote passed) whom have since been selling to get bags on bags.. wouldn't you?
Once this is done (probably ticking over as we speak) IMO they will drop an Ann and this will go.
