@TraderRR Mate I've gone through the same thing, it's very hard emotionally. My advice take a few weeks off, come back and create a new strategy. I found myself gambling too much and not trading. I'd know exactly what to do to execute a trade perfectly but I would jump the gun and buy too soon, or FOMO and buy too late, then when I would be up I wouldn't sell, or when you're down you don't cut your loss.
1. Find the point in the chart that's a buy
2. If that point doesn't get hit, do not chase.
3. If your buy goes through and the trade goes against you, immediately cut your loss, do not hold on for hope ever.
4. Sell once your price target gets hit, as soon as you start thinking this is going to the moon, that's when it will collapse.
Just some points I found will help, which I'm sure you know already but sometimes it's good to see someone else say. my opinion only. Goodluck with whatever you decide.
