Half-time round-up: "ASX Update: Shares plunge after recession fears trigger US sell-off"

In this report:

• ASX 200 sinks 2.46%
• Going up: not much! CPU, AQC, ATC
• Going down: everything else., especially REITs, tech, gold, LKE
• US futures bounce 0.26%

Personal trading: A day to buy the early weakness. Picked up LPI and AZL in the opening plunge, but was way too eager to sell into the rebound. Shoulda coulda done a lot better.
