But ASIC (and the ASX)just let it happen time and time again.
It really isn't that hard to find out who is behind the pumps and who gained from it.
The ASX is an International Joke,
as it allows this stuff to happen on a daily Basis.
What was that pathetic fine they gave CBA for breaching the rules,
$7M or some miniscule amount that wont deter them at all.
They Should be fined so much that it hurts them,
And forced to pay back all who were screwed over 10Times what the amount was.
That may actually deter some people.
But hey,
When they are that stupid they can let one of our Television Stations,
Make out it has no money.
Not allow it to gat Bailed out even though their were offers.
Then let it be sold to the US,
Ripping off Australian Investors,
and suddenly make near $500M the next year,
Making some very Rich people even richer,
It's clear they have no Bite....
