I suggest not to rely on that assumption (reg CS). They buy and sell on the same day; Buy sub notice comes first and ceasing to be sub notice comes typically 2 days after.

As per the broker data on the 24th, CS sold 2.9mil out of their 3mil shares.

Seems like on the 24th they bought and sold for peanuts. Can still see them holding a small parcel.

If this is true, then maybe they are out of PNN. Which is also great for holders.... Will be looking to enter still.
