    Change of Company Name and ASX Ticker

    Following Shareholder approval at the Company’s General Meeting held on 29 August 2022, the
    Company is pleased to advise that the change of name of the Company from Wellness and Beauty
    Solutions Limited to Hiro Brands Limited has now taken place.

    With effect from 12 September 2022, the following changes will also be applied by the ASX:

    • Change of name to Hiro Brands Limited; and
    • Change of ASX Ticker to ‘HRO’ (previously ‘WNB’).
