We refer to your letter on 08 September 2023 in relation to the change in the price of the Company’s securities.

The Company responds as follows to your queries:

1. Is ECT aware of any information concerning it that has not been announced to the market which, if known by some
in the market, could explain the recent trading in its securities?

No, the Company is not aware of any information that has not been announced.

2. If the answer to question 1 is “no”, is there any other explanation that ECT may have for the recent trading in its
securities?
