If they want to go into Asia; they should do HK, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore & South Korea before.
Just because they want to set up in China, it does not mean the Chinese govt will let you operate in China; unless you sell your sole or give your company's trade secrets to the govt.
APT should focus on other markets & spare the share holders the pain.
