You telling me that consummers trust them more than the CBA or Apple, both of which can and may offer similar products? I've seen quite a few technology companies come and go in my 46 years and this seems to me like many of them. Just look at Foxtel, Stan, Prime, Netflix and Uber. Massive market caps but struggle to make profits (foxtel did when it was the only kid in town).
