If this is the case then I would try to time my purchase to the point where the company was just about to reach profitability level. This way my return on investment dividends would be calculated based on my purchase price rather than the constantly increasing valuation price.

Growth stocks will inevitably become value stocks in the future and that's why I'm trying to get some idea on Afterpay's potential when it does reach that level.

I own a gold mine that mines $1b gold a year which I run using debt because I never sell any gold. i make $200m operating loss every year / increase in debt every year ... Guess you're not investing because it's making a loss. lol hahahaha
