Back in February, we sent you a notification that we were raising our transaction limit on the 23 April. This is a friendly reminder to inform you that we have now raised the default transaction limit for businesses.
The new maximum order value for a single transaction will be set at $2000.
We’ve introduced this change as a direct response to merchant and customer needs. It means more options for your customers and should help with reducing declines on Afterpay purchases.
What does my business need to do?
1. Good news! Your business has automatically received the above limit increase with no changes to your Afterpay service.
2. If you haven’t already done so please update any reference and functionality in relation to Afterpay transaction limits across your customer communications and product availability, including Terms and Conditions, FAQs and user experiences.
