In the context of the SP going above $30 for the first time ever on 30 August 2019 (ie it has only been above that level for ~3 months), it being up almost 150% since the beginning of the year and it being so shockingly overvalued (in your opinion), why are the number of open short positions on this stock at a more than 2 year low? Don't short sell gravitate toward overvalued shares with significant headwinds (the regulatory and competition risks you keep telling us about)?
