Regulation is quite good across Australia, its compliance & self-reporting where the problems lie.

Afterpay won't have too many issues - despite non-compliance, no actual evidence of suspect transactions has been identified by APT or auditors with regard to AML/CTF.

Afterpay's AML/CTF policies now align with AUSTRAC requirements so any fines/directions should be non-material (IMO & I hope).
