    I just looked over your figures quickly but you could pre salary sacrifice into super and pay the 15pc tax on the contribution up to 25000 incl sgc

    this will reduce your marginal tax rate and this should reduce the overall tax despite the cgt concession

    dyor but I reduce my taxable income as a nurse every year this way

    it's easy just email your payroll or speak to an accountant if your retired to arrange
