    The WBC case has nothing to do with regulation as WBC are already regulated by consumer credit laws.

    it was a test case on the interpretation of those laws.

    Eisen is fighting furiously not to be regulated as it will destroy their business plan, but it will come as sure as night follows day.

    Competition will come from Klarna, Visa,Mastercard as facilitators for their credit providers and they already have the network.

    Paypal have now also jumped on board

    APT had it all their own way so far and made a land grab with the lowest quality customer and 69 per cent of them are in financial stress.

    The headwinds are now getting stronger and the growth they previously had will not be replicated in future years
