    As I said - huge capital investment cost - & unproven with regard to having long-term profitability - so large capital cost, large risk - therefore less likely than you think.

    The key with Afterpay's original model is that is was customer driven - so as per above, take on the merchants or the customers - but either approach requires a huge capital investment now.
