1. Apt are in such a strong position with merchant demand they don't feel like they need to succumb to any margin pressure.

2. Z1P is willing to forgo some amount or margin to close the gap.

It will be interesting to see how the two different strategies play out.

I haven't seen this company signing up to z1p being announced to the market yet, perhaps it will be in their HY report.
