Hey Kirby - only a fool would believe anything the Fed said. They have lost control but can't openly admit it. APT raising money at 0% ids interesting. Did you check the terms for conversion? You may be surprised to learn that conversion at lower and lower prices means greater and greater dilution for all the holders. It feeds on itself and will send the stock into a tail spin.
