Great article. It's been mentioned before but the fact they are the largest driver of traffic after Google for merchants in Australia is amazing. People just need to think about that. Forget all the negativity and concentrate on they size and speed they are accumulating merchants, customers and data. Doesn't take a genius to see where this is heading in the future.
