    Genuine question. If I'm already using the Afterpay app and can access all the merchants I want, as a customer why would I see a need to use PayPal. Let's face it, their app is crap to use and is not as user friendly as the Afterpay one.

    All PayPal has done is offer the same installment payment system, what incentive is there for me as a consumer to move?
