So your saying Visa ad Master Card are the servants of the banks but Apps are just Visa and Master Card by another name they still need to use a bank . Ali Pay tried to do banking while not being a bank and they got one in the neck when the Chinese government said enough is enough. Dont think a Democracy is any different . There are Banks and their servants .
