Since the Cash App is not a shopping portal it would not make sense that Afterpay could be layered onto it. Although one interesting way it could be used is during the purchasing of stocks. e.g. The user can choose to continue buying stocks using their Cash App balance or choose to pay with Afterpay. It would be somewhat reminiscent of margin lending.
