    BNPL doesn't charge interest. So it isn't regulated as a money lender. AUSTRAC is a totally different issue.

    It is pretty obvious that no BNPL company has done due diligence. If they had none of them would have entered the market. It is just a Ponzi based on acquiring risky clients and writing off bad debts.
