    The primary reason a company is publicly listed is to raise Capitol for expansion which is exactly what is happening with afterpay. "constantly raising or cash" has been equal with consistent growth and expansion.

    Incredibly naive. Atlassian CEO Mike Cannon-Brookes said a few years ago that he was personally aware that nearly all the ASX tech companies had been knocked by US venture capitalists before listing on the ASX.

    ASX has some of the the lowest listing requirements of any major stock exchange in the Western world. That is probably why so many foreign Penny Dreadful companies choose to list here.

    The only 'growth' APT is getting more dud customers and more bad debts.


    They still have major share holdings, Founders have Billions worth of skin in the game. Entire board of directors has plenty skin in the game.

    They are selling as fast as they can get away with.


    The founders just acquired 3 times as many shares than they sold. The most recent transactions actually boosted how many Opt

    Free options with a very low strike price. Basically a gift from the company.
