Ironic isn't it, borderline funny, that what is effectively a glorified division of flexigroup has (itself) a market cap well above it (yet no operating cash flows or profit figures to support it!?).
Someone needs to turn up as a priest (a trick pulled at the Fletcher Building AGM recently) and when asking a "question", mention that you are hoping to "forgive" the board for their "sins", being Fleix's poor performance (the 4th or 5th year in a row I think the TSR - total shareholder return - has been negative).
Shame I am in NZ as I would have liked to have seen this all play out - if I could have 1 very serious request, it would be someone ask every director or senior manager why we have not seen continuous disclosure notices from all of them continually, month after month, loading up on Flexi's shares that are at 6 ish year lows yet (apparently) about to turn around AND get every person at the front desk to answer it separately.
