    i think the key would be getting Eisen and Molnar on board. If they sell their shares and recommend it would essentially be a done deal. Of course the premium would have to be significant, with a likely buyer being one of the global players such as payPal (market cap ~35x that of APT currently). Probably a 2020 event as opposed to this year.
