One thought that has crossed my mind, belatedly, is the relative merits of MOG and MEO, If there is a farm in MOG gets 15% and MEO appears to end up with 15 to 20%. If the farm in fails MOG ends up with 50% and MEO zip. Given that Albers has large interests in MOG and CUE - the remaining holder - and none or little in MEO, does this suggest some tweaking of the knobs. My concern is that Albers may be able to kibosh MEO's deal for his own benefit. Nothing illegal, just business.
Until today was an owner of MEO but got stopped out.
Not recommendations - just speculation DYOR
