I had pondered this theory a week or so ago, so I have already put a bit of thought into it.

For the negative...

Albers owns Doravale, which is the trustee for MEO;

Albers started MEO - reckon he won't still have deep hooks there?;

Albers is Gascorp, MOG & CUE - all of whom currently have a farminee in place for WA360P.... that'd be MEO;

MEO need to complete the deal, aside from ALbers sabotaging the deal, MEO are in the drivers seat to keep the show on the road;
