ARU said that they contacted China, Korea, Japan etc. but you can imagine who will like to invest huge in a very risky market for years without return. WestFarmers made offer to Lyans that because Lynas can bring revenue immediately.
Japan had invested in Lynas that because the relationship between China and Japan are high of intension in 2012, and China cut off supply Rare earth to Japan, this made Japan invested in Lynas.
You can cook ARU and GGG but be careful.
