Some possible scenarios that have crossed my mind include:
- CDU has identified that recent transactions indicate that the interested party has been active in the market and is now working to counter that effect.
- The interested party is no longer interested and CDU is now back into 'regular' buy back mode.
- The interested party is still interested and were told by CDU upfront that a buyback was in place and would potentially still be used.
