Called "manipulation" brokers / fund managers do not pay for brokerage fees so 10 / 100 / share no fees just maipulation, scaring us to dump while they pick up. Rising the stock a little then sacring us from a big sell and they are selling to themselves. Greedy corporate crooks in suites.
