    Check how many class actions have failed in the past few years, and check how many have succeeded or resulted in a settlement. Then calculate that %. The bank fees one is the only one I can think of.

    Then add in that this class action will have the financial muscle of multi billion dollar investment banks/funds behind them - not just retail mum and dads.

    If (more likely WHEN) the class action goes ahead, BAL has a snowballs chance of winning.

    Furthermore, the media will continue to bash BAL for years to come

    Over reaction? Your going to be saying that a lot more over the next 6 months
