Quite the contrary :-

IMHO Klein would want the shareprice as low as possible.
This ensures that the maximum number of shares go to " safe" hands. This makes him secure from an attack on the company later when the mine is onstream.

After all he would not want someone stealing control of the company the same way it was from Turpu.

A big move in the shareprice will only come with the first gold pour. Until then it is punter driven.

There is still much execution risk here.
