And yet again CNQ down (-7,3%) while the overall market is up. IMO it is pretty obvious that the takers of the next cash raising are positioning themselves by selling (short) CNQ stock to get the new shares at an as low price as possible. If so, we won't see a change of that trend until the raising has been announced and consummated. This is the result of being late and missing deadlines all the time.
